Infraction 1: Begging

Someone posted a thread in general discussion and asked how they could spend their 10 dollars. I completely contributed the topic and didn't even advertise. I just said "if you want to donate to my new site, contact me"

I didn't post some bogus thread saying "Donate now!"

Jesse rightfully warned me just to be careful about what I do and Tgump took the liberty to infract me without permission

Infraction 2: Tgump gave me an infraction for I believe spam

On a guide thread, I basically told the person that their guide was useless. I also MADE SURE to tell them why in order to offer constructive criticism and contribute to the topic. It was strictly feedback and I don't understand why negative feedback isn't encouraged as well as positive, within reason

I've asked Darren/Shredderbeam before if I could tell a band they sucked and he said yes, just make sure you say why.

Finn delivered modding without bias and removed this bogus infraction. Then, without Finn's permission, reinfracted me for it and left me a bogus message.

Infraction 3: Accusation without proof
Billy scammed during an MM, possibly unknowingly but still scammed and shouldn't be trusted. It's simple a warning member to legitimate members such as myself

There's plenty of proof around, it's just being hushed up

I'm tired of all this point and shoot modding. I read the rules several times a week and think before I post. Just because I challenge you doesn't give you the right to take advantage of me

 

Infraction 1: Discussed with some staff and they said infraction stays. Asking for money is the same thing as begging.


Infraction 2: Others were infracted accordingly as well.

Right from the rules you didn't say how to improve, just basically put the person down.


Infraction 3: It was proven that Billyy didn't scam or else he would be banned. It clearly states in the rules that accusing someone without proof is infractable.

 

Also, to note the me "scamming" part-

No one has any physical proof that I scammed. I didn't benefit from the trade, I just fucked it up. First in-game trade did not go so well. I didn't exactly know the protocol for selling dragon claws.

Without proof, your statement about me scamming, can be infracted upon.
