Code:
[COLOR=orange][B]Terms Of Service:
-You will go first unless the provider of your service decides that will go first. this is unlikely unless you are staff, or have 200+ Earned feedbacks.
-Payments from PayPal will be sent as a gift with a note that says "For virtual services I have already received. Any chargebacks should not be accepted, but instead REJECTED, because it is only an attempt on my part to scam the servicer. I accept this TOS."
-Payment, if the servicer does not like the above term, they can request that you send it in another way, but you still have to send the note, and follow the servicer's request.
-If you do not use the above format, payment WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, we do NOT have to send it back, it is your fault for sending it wrong. If you do not follow this, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SEND PAYMENT AGAIN BEFORE SERVICE BEGINS.
-Upon start of service you automatically accept these TOS.
-Payments in RSGP will always be given FIRST.
-If your account is banned during or after your service, or anytime at all, it is not our fault but yours. We do NOT have to, unless willing and WANTING, to give you any sort of refund. If you charge back PayPal after a ban or after a service, there will be a scam report filed against you.
-If we are having technical issues (such as RS updates stopping bots), and you wish to terminate the service you paid for, you WILL NOT receive ANY refund whatsoever. If you sent payment through PayPal or any other online source, and the payment is chargedback at all, we will file a scam report on you. this does not apply to wrongly sent payments. Wrongly sent payments that are charged back are fine, unless the servicer wanted it send in another way than these TOS, and has proof of such.
-You accept that all MSN chats, PMs or any other form of communication CAN AND WILL BE VIDEO TAPED.
-I, and Rawrzors( being Co-Owner) are not liable for any other member of this service scamming or doing anything illegal.
-We, as a verified service, can and will hold your account until we receive payment and/or feedback and/or vouch. YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THIS NO MATTER WHAT. However, after the payment/feedback/vouch is given, THE PASSWORD AND ALL CHANGED DETAILS WILL EITHER BE GIVEN TO YOU, OR CHANGED TO WHAT YOU REQUEST. (This is fair to US.)
-Any other terms agreed to during communication will be followed. This means for example: If I say, during an MSN chat, that I will take ALL gained gold from service, I WILL TAKE IT.
-rsgp exchange rate is .5/m. [/B][/COLOR]Guild Package: Heros guild, legends, Shield of Arrav, Lost City, Dragon Slayer, Merlins Crystal, Druidic Ritual, Family Crest.
