Tee 07 is a scammer!

Explanation of the trade:

An oldschool runescape firecape for 4m.

How they scammed:

Tee 07 had been giving me countless updates/pictures of how the progress was going. All of a sudden this stopped and he went offline.

I sent messages asking for an explanation, after some time passed, I feared he had died and cleaned the account and stolen the 4m payment.

I logged on and the account was standing outside the fight caves, it was apparent he had died.

He told me in the case of a failed attempt, I would be refunded and entitled to a free cape with him restocking the account with supplies. As of now he hasn't even honoured the refund.

Extra information:

As I was writing this report last night, I was contacted around 9 hours since the incident by tee 07, he suggests that he will resupply the account and do the cape. I still have not heard from him since then. I think he should be banned until he carries out this promise
