Inflated ego ever since you became CDT leader. But after mod position your ego skyrocketed. I really do hope that you can mature over time and take distance from the corruption you've been partaking in.

I personally don't have a problem with Techie's attitude he seems like a nice person from the few interactions I have had with him. I don't understand why he would close down a suggestion within 45 minutes after being made though and it only getting responses from CDT or staff who all seem to have the same mindset. Think its too early to say much more though the only thing I would add is if you are added to a group to give your opinion don't stay quiet for 3 days.

Couldn't understand the reasoning over a dispute at first but he took his time to explain it in detail to me to make me aware of the reason why, seems like a good mod and handled the situation well
