When his MSN is searched, it appears on threads from 2008, when his acc was made in Nov 2009. Here's the proof of that.

Those threads however are no longer available, except to I guess admins/people with access to the DB. Could be just another acc and he forgot the PW, or he's vading. However, I personally don't have access to those links.

Searched some IPs, suffice to say, it doesn't appear that he's ban evading.
