Hello, I’m going to try and address this as succinctly as possible. My boss is offline so it is by no means an ‘official’ response but I may have some helpful answers.
First the claim of ban evasion. I obviously am not him. I post threads here (and on other sites) of my own fruition because I have an interest of the well-being of the website. I am not posting for him, rather for myself because I work there. That begs the question of the security of sythe users since he’s involved. I post the threads in my own name, using my own donator and vouch credentials. Although I am a worker I’d probably be held liable for any scams that were to take place. I take my good reputation pretty seriously so if I ever had suspicion of any wrong doing I’d disassociate myself immediately. But at this time I’ve seen nothing but trustworthiness and professionalism for bus, even banned. Even when there would be no repercussions for him. Tl;dr Me advertising & guaranteeing the site in my own name means its safe.
The other matter has been ruled on already. Bus got permission shortly after purchasing the domain, but again expressly from the owner of the other site at a later time. Not only that but they’re different domains, and different looking websites. Not intended to be deceptive.
