Hes perm banned for attempting to scam boglagold

Your not allowed to gain vouches when perm banned but you can when your temp banned as far as im aware

only fair his last 5-6 gets delete and his thread gets locked as no one else whos perm banned is allowed to ask for vouchs still also maybe a pm to the people who have been leaving him vouches making them aware he scammed/attempted to scam bogla

We allow people to get vouches as they may use it to show some sort of legitimacy in a pardon. If their pardon is denied, we no longer allow the banned user to receive vouches on Sythe.
