Taurine Ban Dispute

-> This is in the disputes because I am disputing the ban and not accepting the ban. If I were to create a pardon it would mean that I accept the fact that I was banned although I don't. :/ I don't know if this made sense but thank you.


Hello @Shin today I plan on requesting an unban permanently. Primarily I feel I deserve an unban for the main soul reason that I was permanently banned for something that I was already banned for 3 months ago. I realized my mistake 3 months ago and I taught myself to not ever make that mistake again. Although Video still gave me a 1 month ban which to be honest is understandable. I ‘attempted’ to “Scam” 3m which totally was untrue and Video himself knew it was all a setup by an imposter of Mushy gold. But please recall I was somewhat still new to Sythe at that point. Sythe has become a part of my life believe it or not. Owning multiple shops and making a decent revenue for a young guy like myself this became like a luxurious life. I was planning on taking a small break when my university resumes again around January 18th. But regardless that is all un-important information. Why would I ruin all this major revenue I was making legitly for 3$... A legitimate 3$ off Bogla Gold a huge trusted website. It was all a mistake due to being #1) off acid #2) fell for an imposter. But since then I have never done anything close to a “scam” or anything that made me seem as a scammer. I am just really not liked in the community it seems and there is nothing I can do about that. I have no idea why there is always people trying to set me up and ruin my hard work that I’ve put on Sythe. A VERY PRIME EXAMPLE: taurine ban evading? To be fair man I really don’t find it fair to get re-banned for something that I was already banned for and I already learnt my mistake from that day. I have changed fairly and like it really isn’t fair. There isn’t any other way to put it.

I really learnt my lesson, and since that ban I have earnt over 120 Vouches: Taurine's Vouches! ~ Currently at: 130+ ~

Please allow me to rejoin Sythe.

That being said I request either @Shin or @Astro to review my appeal. I want a 3rd person perspective if its possible.

He tried to scam bogla and then blamed an impostor for tricking him. He should have to pardon

 

so his claim of being unbanned for that offense already is false then?

 

I had mistakenly unbanned him from that when I really had no reason to do so. I also explained all of this in one of his previous disputes

I'm sorry to butt in but, to be honest I have no idea how you deemed that to become a mistake. Since the unban i have gained well over 75 vouches and not only that but mm'ed for free avoiding other users getting scammed, helping other members and donated to Sythe: Not a large quantity but as they say, its the intention that matters.

I understand I have made a mistake but please don't let this shape everything i do. We all made mistakes atleast once, I have seen that once a moderator on this forums was a ban evader. I have not evaded i have patiently waited for the ban to be removed. Please allow me to return.
