Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:
They have all posted similar things, including selling Amazon codes and other gift codes. The Tattoo account is linked to DontBeThatGuy which is linked to both Dont be that guy and moonmanchaos.
Moonman and Tattoo also both did NHL trades, and the original scam report on moonman was filed on NHL too. http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1650760-moonmanchaos-scammer.html
She also took my $50 amazon gift card code and ran with it, and is now reporting me because I threatened to report her for scamming.
