Tap Requesting a Pardon for Scamming

• Report/post/reason that got you banned: Bought an account, was scammed by 'TAP' and 'Snoose'.
  
• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I had tried several times in the past to get ahold of this guy, but was unable to. If we were able to now I would be more than happy to set up a payment plan to pay him off. It was a terrible thing that happened to him and after what just happened to me I feel for him 110%.
  
• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Off and on I have been ban evading and have made a somewhat decent rep on my new account "EliteNV4" which recently got banned due to me posting on another one of my newer accounts threads about a year ago. I decided to drop that other account as well and focus on getting myself to a better place on Sythe in which time I have had several successful trades.
  
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I had made a friend who had sold me a Skiller awhile back named Snoose. He was very good at skilling and training and I had decided to help him out by selling accounts under my name for him. I trusted this guy a lot. I wound up selling a 99 agility obby mauler and got an offer from this DominicIervasi gentlelman. I was in a crunch for money and had offered to take a down payment of 50$ which was going to me as I needed money and there was gonna be a small amount going to me for selling the accounts for him. So it was agreed that we would do 50$ then and once the account was finished being made 300m would go to Snoose. The account got finished and Snoose got the 300m and gave him the account. Shortly there after the account got recovered form Dominic. Obviously being that I never had the 300m I was a bit confused when it came down to me bieng the one having to refund him. I did refund him the 50$ that I did receive but at the time was unable to refund him the full amount. I tried getting ahold Snoose but to no avail. I also couldn't afford that much out of pocket as I had a part time job making minimum wage at the time and couldn't pay without being able to sell accounts which I was obviously not allowed to do given the ban. So I went MIA for a bit and then made my new account. I started making a name for myself again on the new account. Honestly after being scammed for 300m the other day it has made me realize just how bad that Dominic must have felt. If I can get ahold of him or one of you guys can I would love to talk with him and make some kind of agreement on paying him back. And I am sincerely sorry for my irresponsible behavior and choices that led to this guy losing 300m. I am not a scammer though and would love to be allowed to join back to this community as myself. I love trading accounts and being apart of this end of the community and would be honored to be able to come back. As I stated I would be more than willing to work with that Dominic individual and figure something out. I just want to be able to return and enjoy myself and trade accounts etc. That was always so much fun and I miss it and I miss being who I was. I apologize for the fact I evaded etc. instead of owning up and taking responisibility for my mistakes. From now on though I am taking responsibility and will admit to my mistakes and downfalls. Prices of 07GP were $0.95/m - $1/m in November 2016.
Going in the middle is 0.975x200 = 195$.
