I was more than willing to fully pay and co-operate and of course we have all chat logs (proof available at request) of this.

When we asked for a few changes and small improvements to be made, you demanded all money be paid first. This type of business never works this way. We also clearly said we would pay UPFRONT for any changes and then one large final payment once happy (IMG: 2 & 5). We then tested the website and the very first test to deposit failed. After 45 minutes of your friend (WebDev) trying to find a fix, he could still could not fix it. There was / is no reason to post this here as the very last conversation we had you AGREED you were going to sell the website, and then pay us the money from the sale (IMG: 4). This was the very last communication we had before you went ahead and posted this here?

**Important** We have asked you (Romeo) to take this down and leave it private as this was 100% supposed to be a total surprise for our community and you have now ruined that chance of the news being hidden. This is a serious thing you have done posting this all here for everyone to see when you know the website was supposed to be a huge surprise for our whole community, that have only had bad news recently with the Discord ban wave affecting Frost bets very seriously. Even when we then ask you to hide the intellectual property you say no? We run a very professional business here and would like to remain professional. I will ask again, this is all private and intellectual property that we have paid already 50% for, please can you hide the information so that only the Sythe team can view this. That is all that is necessary here as we can converse on other platforms and Sythe mods can view all.

The very first call we had with the web developer (your friend WebDev) and my new business partner, he told my new business partner to "Fuck off" & "Get Fucked" after he was only being 100% polite and professional with him. My business partner remained calm and said he would have to leave the call as he did not wish to be spoken like that. Your friend (WebDev) said he was drunk to me the next day, I asked if he had anything to say? Maybe an apology would have been nice? Instead he said "What do you want? Do you want me to kiss your feet!?" (Proof IMG: 1) Well the answer is no. We just wanted the website completed in the very smallest timeframe possible and were willing to pay for all changes, upfront. We also fully expected this to be completed in no more than 1 to 3 days. We were actually far more than you will ever know wanting this project completed fast and on time. (Proof Img: 2 & 5)

We even asked for a Sythe mod to be present and you said no, you said “What does a Sythe mod have to do with a private deal!” (Proof Img: 3) Well for one, they are professionals and for two they are here to help with situations like this and for three they remain impartial. Also, they don’t go behind your back after speaking with you.


This was also sent to you yesterday before you posted here and you have not even tried to address a single point.

Current reasons payment is being held. Here is what we currently have (subject to change):

1: A bad design that is not simple for a customer to use.
2: A poor user interface that does not look "clean".
3: Bugs and issues that have only just happened on the very last test.
4: Terrible attitude.
5: Unprofessionalism.
6: Telling your client to "Fuck Off" for no reason at all.
7: We have had 2 professionals check this and they both say, "very poor work".
8: Bad and poor-quality images, pixelated.
9: Constant rushing to pay for something we are clearly not happy with.
10: No interest in the project, or desire to continue to work with us.
11: No desire to help us or come to an agreement.
12: Saying you "Are pissed" as an excuse.
13: Will not provide any references or previous work. "I don't need to send you anything"
14: Not willing to even make changes or help test the website now.
15: Threatening to make report with no reasoning or civil discussion right away.

In summary I clearly said many times I am more than willing to pay upfront for a few changes and tests that needed to be completed before final payment and handover. You demanded full payment first. I of course said this cannot happen. You then asked me to fuck off and get fucked, so after a day taking some time for myself to think about this, I decided I don’t think it is in our best interests to work together. You then agreed you would sell this website to someone else and then pay me a full refund (Proof IMG: 4 & 5) and that was the last time we spoke. You then post this report on Sythe. Now here we are. To be frank, this looks like you are trying to scam me for my final payment and all trust has gone to zero with you and you team.

Please can we kindly ask for a Sythe mod please hide all that Romeo has posted as we have asked him to do this and he will not agree. (As we have already paid 50% and have some rights as to what can and should not be shared here).

If payments are withheld longer and the developer isn't paid for his work, we will revert the posts and Staff will have final say on the outcome.

 

The €1400 payment has been made to the Developer.
