Tanksta v2 Permanent ban dispute

I'm disputing the ban on my main account Tanksta v2 which was banned ages ago, i'd stopped caring about runescape back then so I never even made an unban effort but now i'd like to get back into trading.

I was banned for buying a list of usernames/passwords to a private server from a guy for 10 million then trying to resell it, the mod that banned me must of thought i'd hacked the list. If the threads still exist I remember 5 threads down was the guy that sold it to me, since his thread was not locked I had no idea it was against the rules. When I made my thread selling the list my thread got locked and I just moved on, around a week after that I was permanent banned.

Thanks for reading this please take a bit to look at the situation, I did not break a single rule and have been a trader on this site for ages with about 50+ vouches.
