Scammed by Entox for 10m [ SUPPOSED MIDDLEMAN ] regarding other thread

So yesterday, on my account, Moschinoforever, my personal sythe account, i come across an appealing account i'd like to buy. But, As i am university, in my room and i have various friends that also play mmorpg games such as LoL, WoW and of course, Oldschool.
I decided to purchase an account for 07 gold, 10m the trade was. The seller add's a middleman on Skype called entox.s ( ENTOX ) which was the preferred middleman for this trade.
Shortly after myself, the seller and entox discussed the scenario of the 'run through situation' of the transaction, He discovers that my IP had been previously banned before for ' scamming someone'. This however is not true, dis-regarding all the accounts i've created to subside this problem as Moderators have not replied to my thread on it.
ANYWAY
Further down the line of the account purchase, i meet entox at a location where the gold shall be exchanged. Once i trade him the gold, this is when he discovers i've been banned previously for ' scamming '. Hence how after and not before.
He refuses to nor trade me back the gold and ban me, nor give the seller the gold to complete the transaction. He keeps the gold for himself and has made no attempt to find the victim of the 'scam' nor replied to any of my messages apart from blocking me, I've added him on various my WORK SKYPE to contact him and he continues to block me. This is not convincing for my case.
I do not care about the situation, regarding entox's acts throughout the transaction, i wouldn't deem him as trusted in the slightest.
MODS, PLEASE INVESTIGATE FURTHER, THIS IS NO LONGER ABOUT ME, IT'S ABOUT THE SELLER AND THE GOLD NOT BEING IN THE RIGHT HANDS.
