Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: I am a new member of Sythe and I have never used this website before. I made a post trying to get rid of my RS account. I did not follow one of the rules and a mod banned me thinking I was "faking" a bank. I was just a new member and wanting to get rid of my runescape items as I was moving onto a new phase of my life.

1. I sold 10b gold and therefore I had the amount that I claimed (did not fake bank).

2. In the original post, I was wanting to use a middleman (how is it possible to try to scam someone by putting the gold on an alt account through a middleman? Let's pretend that I tried to do that. I hand over the account to the middleman the other party makes the payment. Middleman logs on and sees that I lied on my original post. The middleman refunds the seller and I get my account back. The ban logic is completely flawed. It doesn't even make sense. It could have been resolved by a simple pm to fix the thread/put the money onto one account.
3. It was my fault that my thread did not go into further detail. I should've stated that the other account was an alt account and the buyer would receive the gold off the alt and the main account. Again, I was a new user of this forum
4. As for the "ban evasion" there is some merit to the offense. I did have a couple interested sellers PM me that day before I got banned. Again, I was trying to get rid of my runescape account to an interested party. However, the deal fell through and I eventually ended up waiting out the ban (Feb 2 or so?). If that is ban evasion then I am guilty. Also, when I was reported on the ban evasion thread I was unbanned lol with DNT lol..
