Explanation of the trade: Attemped to scam by messaging a user with an imgur album link showing a maxed osrs account. However, when the buyer (romanbellon) reported the conversation post and I PM'd Pumar asking him to show me proof of the maxed OSRS account, he delayed and refused. Not only this but he removed the images showing the maxed total and account images from the album, but kept the remaining two images in the imgur album which only showed black marks/clean history, not levels, QP, items, or anything else.

As you can see there's only two images, one of an unverified email and one of no black marks. Fortunately, I saw the link was an album link when the conversation was originally reported and took a screenshot before I messaged Pumar asking for proof. This is the original image that was sent to @romanbellon and that I witnessed myself and took a screenshot of:

If you zoom in, you can clearly see 2100+ total, maxed QP, maxed out gear, etc.

When I asked for Proof from @Pumar to show me he owned this account:

On Discord the same, no response - refusing to show proof of the maxed OSRS account, but he had the time to make a dispute thread here:

As he was still attempting to trade @romanbellon, I applied a DNT there and then with admin approval from @Charlotte, so he wasn't successful with any scam.

User is already DNT'd but I was asked to make a scam report for record.

Ok sounds good. He can explain himself in a dispute if he would like to lose his DNT for attempted scamming
