Those kids are fucked up, I would never even imagine igniting someone to get revenge. It's a shame because if they're 15 also they're not going to be punished to the full extent of the law.

1. The violence was fueled by money that was not payed for a video game, suggesting an interest the kids already had in them.
2. Lots of video games portray people igniting each other with no consequences, though of course the fucked up household will turn a kid who understands morality and plays violent games into one that does not.
