I can confirm 100% you told me word for word "I will not issue a TWC since there was no trade done and nobody was scammed, just future ref" As you must of erased messages.. Cause now i have a TWC?
I was told by you i would not be getting a trade with caution, why is there one issued now?

Dog1706 and i both confirmed pmed between each other for our FIRST time talking over discord so we both knew it was us an not imposters. We were going to make a trade, an we both didn't want to do so.. we went seperate ways and the imposter then added him.. It was not a poor pm. We confirmed exactly who we are, as my unique ID has been in signature

Correct, I'm not sure if Gen actually promised you that you wouldn't get a TWC, however under multiple circumstances I've discussed with him regarding granting you a TWC.

First of all; The TWC was terrible. Yes, a trade did not actually happen, but this was a PM confirmation for sure. Whether or not Dog went through with the trade doesn't matter.

Secondly; I've received multiple accusations from users that you might be a serial ban evader/scammer known as "Moe". Multiple staff users agree with this accusation but we have yet to get sufficient enough proof to punish you for being him.

Last but not least; In your introduction thread you claim to live in the USA, however the only home IP you have used so far is from Australia. I have yet to dedicate alot of hours in doing some research in you, however I'm fairly certain that if I were to dig deep enough I'm well capable enough to get more information that might raise question marks.

The TWC remains; however you're fine to request a TWC dispute more often and I'll have an administrator look at all the evidence, who knows we might even be able to change your TWC into a ban.
