    So I personally believe it shouldn't be some cliche "building" or "development" or "community" icon that comes up pretty fast on google images. It is a great thing the CDT does and they should be recognized with an equally great minirank, not something that looks like any other participation minirank. My goal was to try and get something that stands out so here are a few suggestions and I will continuously edit this post if I think of anything else so do check back:
