    well this is not a major name change, but the thing is there is already account I want, I am asking if it's possible to delete his account/change his nickname because he just logged in for one day which was 6years ago. I really doubt he will ever use this account.

    As for your specific request, since you're not a $200 Donor, it would be a minor name change.

    This is a recent and somewhat similar request to yours which was denied, as Admins don't free up names for minor name changes.

    You can request such action, but it's at staff's discretion to approve/deny your request.

    Based on what Gladiator said in the post above, you'll probably need a higher donor status to unlock a major name change perk.
