I ordered 50-75 attack and paid him with 07 gp, he'd been at 61 attack for 4 days and he hadn't been on sythe or skype so I couldn't ask him about it. Logged on today and my bank was cleared.

Don't really know what other info I need.

 

For him clearing your account: Do you have screenshots of your bank both before, and after? If you don't, then there's nothing we can do about this claim, sorry.

For the skilling: Can you upload screenshots of your accounts stats now (with a time stamp). Also, do you have any conversations pertaining to your agreement, such as how long he would take, or him not responding to you, etc.
