    Mini ranks are given out by admins and by posting in sections like personal support, community, and offtopic etc. The SVU is for donor's level 25.00 or higher right now as to it is still in beta. Once it is out of beta it will be open to the public with a 5.00 fee I believe.

    No you submit your phone number and it sends your phone a text so basically sythe has a verified phone number of you on file. But that is only level 1 of verification matt is in the process of developing more. Which basically is gathering personal information incase you were to ever scam etc. " you is general".

    Wolf the process for the SVU is found in the donation center the pre requirements are that you must be a 25.00 donor.
