It was some time ago, with everyone assuming it wouldn't take long to get out.
So there wouldn't be any harm in asking everyone again, but I'm assuming TC is already aware as to what everyone wants.

i would suggest you guys recreate it, it will build up hype around the rsps again since summer is coming.

Will update this as I think of more:

1) Loyalty capes - Could be awarded for certain amount of days registered/time spent in game etc and would have several tiers. Use a system like Hans to validate the time and therefore hand them out.
2) Donor capes - Similar to the above, but for reflecting how much people have contributed to the server in a monetary way - I've seen these made tradeable in other RSPS and always liked them. (Could also have a few which go off of Sythe donation status - Have a server mod validate this and spawn the appropriate cape? Non-tradeable)
3) Player milestones - Perhaps an option for the Scoreboard at home, having a list of the first players to complete 'x' task/kill 'x' boss etc.

I like your idea for the oldest members having a special cape or hat. Same goes for doing the milestone list. However, there's already perks Donators get and we don't want to have a lot of custom items in the game as it is what the community voted for.

 

If you guys want to recreate it then there's some things that shouldn't be polled again. Things like changing the revision would set us back months.

 

This is our plan. For example you'd have a donator rank in the private server since you are a 200$ donator here.

 

I think a super reward for getting all skill pets would be pretty cool, kinda like rs3 with the "jack of all trades" title. Any thoughts on this?

 

Of course haha. You would need to change the options for the poll that will help progress the rsps. And have multiple polls that garner feedback from the community, like will they recommend it to a friend (when it's out).

 

Would like to see functional Raids and Castle Wars

Oh and, this daily challenge thing.. ranging from bossing to skilling to pk'ing and so on.

 

I personally like the idea of PoS as well as the leaderboards. We don't currently have the Inferno data, but as it's currently planned, the final client will always have the latest cache. We currently have raids in the cache, but none of it is coded. Both raids and construction will require some heavy engine work to make true instances, rather than sending the player to a template on the Nth floor. DMM could become a thing if the player base is big enough, but there's no way to get proper metrics until release. I'm personally not a fan of LMS, so I likely wouldn't be the coder for it, but maybe another dev would be interested in taking it up! Daily events are definitely a good way to increase playtime and keep people invested. We actually already have a trivia system built in

 

I would be really interested in playing SytheScape! I have some experiences in running and creating a RSPS way back in the day. (Edge-pkz.no-ip.org, I believe it was called) Anyways, I'd like to know more about this, shoot me a PM about this.
