    How to lose weight

    Please before u post read the guide. this is 100% as i have lost weight in my own time.


    Hi, my name is matt and i am 14 years old

    I used to be around 110kg which is classified as obese
    But with a bit of help i have lost over 30KG
    I wish to submit this guide because if i can do it anyone else can
    But firstly why do we gain weight?:
    I Was almost 100 kg in year 6 and my reason was lack of exercise
    it can be either way but most cases it is lack of exercise

    Its not hard to lose weight, there is only 2 key factors
    Diet and exercise (obviously)


    It depends but for me the diet was harder
    The best thing to do first is make a diet plan

    This is my plan [i follow this every day]

    Matt Food Menu [i have a few choices so i don't eat the same food every day
    Breakfast: Banana Milk Smoothie, Cereal, Or egg with toast (wholemeal bread)

    Lunch: Wrap with salad, Sandwich or salad (fillings- chicken, carrot, cucumber, lettuce, cheese cubes, olives, roast mushroom)

    Afternoon tea: protein shake or bar, fruit, yoghurt, nuts [or bar]

    Dinner: Meat with vegies or something similar

    The second part.. exercise =/

    This is what i do but its not a walk in the park

    Monday: Treadmill-boxing-weights
    Tuesday:School sport
    Wednesday:Weights-Sparring-Boxing
    Thursday: Karate
    Friday: Treadmill-weights-bike ride
    Saturday: day off
    Sunday: basketball [free activity]

    You do not have to use that as anything it is just what i do
    Also you should check your weight every week to see progress

    Some tips:
    When your doing exercise try and get a mate to come over
    If your having trouble with the diet think how worth it would be
    Motivation is a key, if someone is helping you it is a lot easier

    How to lose weight

    Very boring guide, if you added some color, pictures, etc. It could be a decent guide.

    Good start though, even if I don't need this guide I'm sure people will find it useful. (I'm 16, male (yes, I'm a male ^_^), 5'11" and 120 lb's.)

    How to lose weight

    Thanks i'm 13 years old and i'm 5'8 160 pounds. I think I wan't to try to loose 20 pounds weight lifting and eating healthy. Thanks for the tips :)

    2/10 this guide sucks ass, add some pictures and color .

    How to lose weight

    This guide has potential.
    It's a good subject, and the guide itself is good.
    But it needs more pictures and colour to be accepted by others.
    I'm going to give it a 5/10 for now, if I see improvements, I'll improve my score.
