There is a sign at spawn with [Time] DAY on it (as well as [Weather] Sun). If you right click that, it will turn to day. I put that there in case an admin isn't around to get rid of mobs etc. I'll see about finding a plugin to reduce the max mobspawn number, but if it hinders the server, you guys may just have to tough it out. I'm definitely looking into ridding the server of endermen though, they keep running off with our blocks *-*

Generally the server is working pretty well

I'm enjoying it alot, but sometimes the permissions are a bit annoying

I think it would make more sense to allow somebody to build all or nothing, not just one patch with irregular block permissions.

 

I might be able to mess with the permissions if you'd like.
Plugin suggestion: VanishNoPacket (or something like that; currently on phone, can't confirm).

 

What you're experiencing isn't permissions because I have them all off besides all nodes for OP. I'm not sure what it was, just a fluke with the server, would probably go away as soon as I reset the server console.

98.237.216.132, make sure you don't have any spaces and/or your 25565 port is open (should only be a problem if you're connecting through a router)

 

Looks like the server is coming along well, however I hope it doesn't end up like the last one, because I know you tend to lose interest once and a while.

I am not sure how Awesome's server is going at the moment, and im confused as to which one is the "Official Unofficial" server.

Anyways, Moh's server is looking good. Its organised and neat, some cool creations as well.

 

this is not an official unofficial server of sythe, it's just me having fun, and sticking to keeping it up. I only lost interest when my IPS fucked me over for like a whole two weeks straight, but I plan to have backups and plan B's in place to ensure I don't get fucked over again.

 

I made a water slide/swimming pool park thing with the help of MohtasaUnique. Ya'll can come and spend your time here, we have a friendly atmosphere.

When you're jailed you cannot activate redstone things making the current jail semi ineffective

 

Oh that sucks :< Oh well, I'll change it to a warp toggle rather than a jail toggle.

Server is looking sexy as usual, filling up the city pretty quick but we need some more narbs to help us out!

 

Permissions have been added, but you can only be given the default rank manually in game. When you log on, be sure to ask an operator to add you to the "Default" usergroup by typing:

Otherwise you won't be able to build.

 

Permissions are finished. We now have fully functioning Admin, Mod, Donor, and Default usergroups. All users, if it is their first time connecting will be without a rank, and will have to be given a Default rank until I figure out how to automatically assign a default usergroup to all new members. This means you won't be able to build until an op comes on and adds you.

If no admin is online, just post your minecraft username here, and we'll get to it ASAP
