These forums are completely interactive- you've expressed interest in a clan, why not take it up off the ground and organize something yourself?
It appears as if you're somewhat on the right path. Don't confuse leadership with ownership- if you become possessive than you will find that it is very detrimental to the concept of a community clan.

Start a thread in the appropriate section, collect gamertags, contact addresses etc.. and host a few events! I'd love to take part in this.

Please, elaborate- how exactly do you determine the age of a user on this site? Furthermore, what indications do you look for when identifying one that is 20 years of age.. or rather an individual posing as a 20 year old? These are mighty fine attributes you have.. i wish i could analyze and interpret the precise age of a fellow user and hold it against them as if these numbers confined them from speaking freely.

No my lousy affiliate, you have absolutely no power over this- you think that because you merely suggested something so mundane and elementary you now have the ultimate rights over the unveiling of such a concept? I don't see any production in putting an idea up in the air and letting it float until you deem it ready to be exposed. You are intolerably self-involved and you should be ashamed.
