Sythe Website in General

Hi guys,

Sythe has become quite slow for me lately, as in taking 5+ seconds to open a thread / Sub-Section. It occasionally becomes unresponsive. This is the only site in which I have these problems with, is this normal or is there something wrong with my computer? I believe that it is unlikely that it is my computer/connection, considering my computer is next to brand-new, and my connection is steller. Any ideas?

What browser are you using?

If you ping Sythe.org, what comes up? (screenshot the cmd)

 

I am using Google Chrome. (Had to block out I.P)

 

Uh the IP belongs to Sythe.org, it's not your IP

Ensure your Google Chrome is fully up to date.

Also, what's the first 3 digits of the Sythe IP server you pinged to? You can post it whole if you want, it belongs to the site.

 

Ah sorry, didn't realise that. My Chrome is fully up to date also. The website just seems 'sluggish' for lack of a better word, there is no fluidity throughout the site.

 

Yeah, you're connected through to the old server. The new servers are a lot faster and smoother than the old ones. You'll start connecting to the new ones whenever your ISP gives you a load of new IPs I think.

You can also try flushing your dns on your PC right now if you want. I'm assuming you know how to do it.

 

Just cleared the DNS there.

 

Just wait for your ISP, then. The new servers were done yesterday and I was able to start connecting to them today.
