Sythe Staff letting won_gold_gold scam me?

I'd like a community opinion on if you believe the Sythe staff is letting @Won_gold o_0 scam me for $12,218

*Will post all relevant links from past scam reports at the bottom for people new to my posts*

@Won_gold o_0 received a DNT earlier this month because he scammed people on osbot/powerbot and during this time he contacted his bank about the money he owes me. His bank asked to speak to me and during this time won realized Sythe removed his DNT so he refused to let me talk to his bank.

All Sythe mods, Osbot mods, Powerbot mods and Tribot mods have told me I should take legal actions against @Won_gold o_0 for scamming me (even though this can be solved with a simple DNT) and I agree I should and want to do so. I've spoken to multiple Sythe mods that completely ignore me now even after they said they would get won's information for me so I can do something about this in court. However, I am being ignored by the Sythe staff and not taken seriously.

I'm not even trying to cause conflict between the Sythe staff and myself, I have respect for you guys but I just don't understand how I can provide full proof @Won_gold o_0 scammed me and then I get ignored so much for so long when this is such an easy fix. This is stressful to me, I just want answers. Why are you all telling me to take legal actions and then telling me you will get won's info so I can do so and then flat out ignoring me? How is it my account can receive multiple warnings and ban threats for posting @Won_gold o_0 scammed me on his threads when we all know it's true and he admitted it?

Are you guys letting him scam me because you know I make no contribution to Sythe and I'm only here to report a scammer and won is bringing people to Sythe/donating?

If a Sythe admin was scammed by @Won_gold o_0 in the exact same way as me would he be allowed here?

Why am I not allowed to talk about how I was scammed without my account receiving warnings why must I remain silent on this issue? You guys are all asking me to stop making posts about this and only discuss it through discord/pm but how can I do that when nobody answers me?

I've received tons of PM's from people and comments on my posts from people agreeing @Won_gold o_0 is a scammer and I appreciate all of you starting conversation/posting threads about what he's done to me.

You guys have clearly spoken that you agree this guy is a scammer let's discuss all of this as a community.

He was hacked and repaid for these scams. Also - many employees use his Skype/Discord I think so the fact that you're trying to resolve this thru multiple people is probably what is causing the issue.

Let me make it clear that we did not say to go the legal route because we agreeing that he scammed you. We are saying to take legal action so that mistakes are not made for such a long-overdue, large report. Both parties need to go about this officially to see an outcome.

video is away on vacation so he's pretty hard to reach right now, let alone give extensive help on something of this nature.

Champ is just following suit to what he's been told to do - this has no negative bearing to his admin status.

He actually didn't repay any of the bluesky scams because if he did he's be out of business. I don't know one person who was scammed from this "hack" and got their money back but I do know multiple people who he scammed. How many times is he going to get "hacked" if he was actually hacked why does he keep changing his name over and over again? Probably to not be found by the people he scammed.

 

Why did Sythe say he thinks @Won_gold o_0 will pay back the money he scammed on his own if you don't believe he scammed me? Whether you want to do something about it or not there's no denying the scam with the evidence I've provided and you guys all know this.

I lose track of PMs all of the time. I even miss PMs from staff time to time. You're assuming I'm ignoring you on purpose.

You can't say I wasn't scammed when I supplied a year worth of bank statements proving the money never went into my account. Let's not forget we have a confirmed refund when he tried to send it what makes you think it worked the second time when I have proof I didn't get it?

You're telling me all the mods on Sythe/Osbot/Powerbot/Tribot are telling me to go to the police/take legal action when they don't believe I was scammed? Please stop because we all know I was scammed even won admited it.

There's nothing we can do about this report, you've been told this almost from the very beginning, as per Sythe. I told them again today that when their boss is around, to tell him to get in contact for legal reasons so that this can be resolved: bank info + Won's info. Idk what else you want from us when we said we won't be handling this report.

 

What I want is to be able to talk about how I was scammed by @Won_gold o_0 without getting locked or having warnings/bans on my account.

Nobody is giving me the info to take this off Sythe so this is where it will remain as this is the ONLY place to do anything about it

Listen here junior let me make this simple so even you can understand. The surge staff can’t jump through hoops and do things IRL they only control this website. They can and will always do in their power what they can for you, so your remark about you being new and then being against you for that reason makes you look silly.

Once they determine they are not going to handle your case then you need to go elsewhere to have it handled as they are under NO obligation to help you resolve it any farther.

You can ask 300 more times but the answer isn’t going to change.

I see where the OP is coming from if anyone of us got 12k taken from us with nothing in return we would be trying in every means to try and get the matter resolved and potentially get the money back. He is just trying to use every resource he can via Sythe.

After the fact - OP multiple staff members have repeatedly told you that they cannot do ANYTHING for you via Sythe.
Creating several threads posting the same thing isn't going to help you resolve the matter at all/quicker. You are being annoying and I am sure they feel like helping you even less (if they were able too).

Go to court and take it off the site bud, plain and simple.... if it means a lot to you then you have your legal resources.

 

It is a huge amount and a confusing situation. That is why no websites want to handle it and are telling you to take it to court.

 

Can someone who has much background and inclusive information on the matter just TL;DR what's going on, I'm just curious as to why he's saying all staff members from various websites are telling him to take legal action and if that's the suggestion being passed onto this user, why can't you take action on won_gold if you believe he's in a position of taking legal action against..? I'm just confused and I don't have much information on the matter so..

I want to but imagine you want to take legal action against me, how will you go about doing this not knowing my name/location/anything about me but my Sythe username. The moment I knew @Won_gold o_0 was on these forums I started posting here, never used Sythe in my life before this

 

Think of this. Won was about to give me my money while he was under a DNT for scamming a few people offsite. He paid back those people and Sythe removed the DNT now he will not pay me because the DNT is gone. You see in the picture how his bank wanted to talk to me and then once the DNT is gone he won't let me

 

Idk about you but i wouldnt wait 5 years to do it.
