Is mass bumping by several people on one thread allowed here?

I'm just looking for clarification on this rule.

I would assume only the OP would be allowed to bump, once per 24hrs..

I think that's stupid how they're bumping that thread.

But I don't think it's against the rules as it's not only one person. It's borderline spam since it doesn't provide anything to the thread or isn't helping anyone with an order.

But other people may have different opinions.
