be loved by admin? or do things like programming, user ed, official mm. if your good enough, and work hard enough you will get rank? thats my guess

You basically have to be awesome, not ask questions such as this, and don't expect them.

You basically won't get one. Theres a one in a million chance that an admin will love you enough to bestow you with the gift of a rank. Don't plan on it, but you may get lucky eventually.
