    Why not? There could be a DJ team, with a head DJ. I myself have much experience DJing with my father in many clubs. The radio toolbar could be built in at the top with a built in static relay (Showing # of listeners) and a request line that would go to the DJ (PM maybe). If it's hosted by somebody it could be set up free of charge or worst case we could buy a server.

    Well it wouldn't hurt, but most people already use another music source(Napster, online radio,etc).

    I find this to be pretty useless since everyone has different musical tastes, plus it benefits the site in no way at all; if anything it's only an extra unneeded amount of work and even money.

    It's not that hard to open up iTunes or WMP and just play your own music.
