Seriously, have you guys seen the scammer section??

Cheeter scammed 40m and Ryan goes "We think his hacked or something" hrm.. why would you be letting him run around sythe if his "hacked or something"??? Seriously... specially since his a global.. [Thread]

Pen, a video of pen was in the scammer section, the guy got banned and atomic was going to "investigate it"... [Thread]

You would think that noobs would scam, but how about the staff being corrupt?!?! You decide...

I seriously think its pathetic, and if i get banned for this thread, just goes to show you how bad they really are... (Ryan, no personal attack on you, just used you as an example...)

I'm thinking that probally was an imposter of pen, but why let cheeter run around hacked?

Hrm no it wasn't an imposter, Atomic was given a copy of the video, he even posted the link in IRC, it was clear as daylight...
 
I really don't think pen would scam 17m....17m..

Pen is just pissed that he got caught, he could have been scamming like 5m off noobs and stuff, no1 would know, he would ban them etc.. Seriously how would anyone know? Everyone would believe him over them noobs, except this time he got videoed... OPPPS?

You mean the edited video with the fucked up header? Ya I talked to that guy, he also said that pen pmed him and he got banned before he could take pictures so i changed his pass and unbanned him, and there was no pm by pen. That video was full of shit, and so was that report. Its sad how gullible some of you members are, and how quickly you assume its a staff scammer, when there is a good explanation for it.

You clearly contradict yourself, didn't you just ban Cheeter? >_> Boom and Ryan said (along the lines) It's looking bad for Cheeter.. etc, which means it isn't the first time, or the first report.. Wouldn't you think if the staff already knew something was up, they should check ip etc.. Then ban cheeter and investigate the situation?? or does that require to many brain cells or just let him stay on and see if he scams again , just to be sure its not him?? Approch?
 
Listen.. Cheeter scammed. Him scamming does make the staff corrupt, just him. And I'm positive pen wouldn't scam 17m..

erm sythe doesnt need to scam....

it has a successful site, lots of donaters and good moderators.

The Fagex DB was hacked recently. Some of our staff didn't think to use unique passwords on their Sythe accounts, it's foolishness, not corruption.

Very good point.

I don't personally feel there's any corrupt staff anyway.

But people should be more aware of editing.
 
wasnt there a mod before (dunno exactly) called something like Magepker or something that scammed somebody for a huge amount of money and also posted a relative died in a fire in a mall... long time ago.....
or am I actually a bit confused??


I think if mods DID scam (how low is that?) that they should be banned for life
 
Darkspark and Cheeter were hacked by a guy who stole fagex database. They had the same passwords on fagex that they had on sythe, and some on MSN. And as soon as we caught it we tried to find an admin on to ban Cheeter, but it took a little while as admins aren't on 24/7.
 
I have seen a Pen on MSN Messenger with the same exact SN as the real Pen, he tried scamming me, but you really can't tell the difference, i'm not sticking up for Pen, although I could just be stupid and there be some way of making your SN look the exact same, but until then i don't really know what to say on this subject, although, allegedly i was selling an account to someone and Daily 500 (supposidly, i don't know if it was him, had the exact same SN) walked off with the other guy's 50m, and as I said about Pen, i had him added, and i added the *fake* Pen and the SN was the exact same..so I don't know...
