Sythe.org speedups

Is it me or has Cloudflare changed the entire site's URLs? For example if you hover over a thread it displays the link different now with words and stuff in the link.

Is this part of making the site faster? Or did CloudFlare do it automatically?

I'm installing vbseo at the moment which is doing this. Unfortunately it is also slow as crap. I'm looking at making it faster.

 

Turned it off for now (vbseo.) Will have another look at it tomorrow.

Hey Sythe, I made a seperate thread prior to seeing this but I can not click on the quick links --> my posts anymore. There is no drop down menu It also no longer shows what thread/section I am in + the emotes + bb script doesn't work.

For the past 3-4 days (even now) I was not able to access the site via any of my bookmarks. I get this message

I have to manually add www. in front of the link to make it work.

sythe.org works fine for me - have you tried flushing your DNS cache?

I had this virtually every single time I loaded a page, I just pressed enter again in the search bar and the thread opened.

I am also getting 50% packet loss.

I stopped having this problem for about 1-2 months now. Before it was hectic having this. I live Australia and its all good unless its because the problem occurs mostly in American time.

SEO urls would be so much better in my opinion, especially for search engines. I think it's better, so if you can get it work, then hell yes. You'll actually know what someone is linking you to.

Wow the difference in speed is crazy...very nice

 

We've got vbseo working somewhat. Urls are now search engine friendly. Still expecting some bugs. Please report any you find.
