If you use the TS, you WILL be respectful or you WILL be removed.

I'm assuming nothing's going to happen to the person that instigated it, like always.

It's only a 5 day ban from what I could see. You're welcome to rejoin the TS once your ban is lifted.

Your (soft) warning is to make sure you read the rules both on the TS and on this thread that N4N0 posted. Just like Sythe on the site, as Founders, N4N0 and Delta Squad can overrule any rules on the TeamSpeak.
Edit: It's my understanding that you've been kicked once before & possibly had a one day ban from the server before for the same reason in the past.

Regardless of the edit, it's ultimately their decision that none of us can override.
