Sythe.org IRC v2.0 - Support?

Shawn, I never ripped the guide.. You don't know the facts behind it. So, I'd suggest drop it and don't make assumptions..

Secondly; Considering I am staff I think I have the right to know an IP, to that I can view evidence against an individual, and I stopped giving you reasons because I had done been there with you, and you beat around the bush..

If you remember correctly I asked you to provide me with some information a while back against an individual connected on the IRC, and I gave you the reason. Your exact words was " No, I am not going to do that. He is a friend of mine ".

I even went as far as you not telling me. Just confirming that it's the REAL person. Considering you knew considering I provided you the information against the individual, and you not providing the information I asked for and along with your reply. I call that favoritism just because he was a friend of yours. I did not understand why.. You was only providing me information to link to the individual. It was not as if you was the one telling on him.

Now, I am done. I'm not going to talk about this anymore.. All this is irrelevant to the topic of this thread..

Right I may have said he was a friend of mine and he may have been a friend of mine, regardless I wouldn't give you anyones IP.

If I remember correctly you wanted to match an IP to one on sythe and I simply asked you to give me the IP you wanted me to match it to and you refused to do that.

As you said, it's irrelavent. I've already proven you ripped the guide.

You left out a couple vital details there, x9. Or at least in your original post.

1. Users banned on Sythe would be banned on the IRC (Darren D: )
2. All Sythe.org staff members automatically have a rank on the IRC.

I vote no; we should keep using the one Shawn has provided. Anyways I bet this IRC, if created, wouldn't sustain an active member count for over a week. Or if it did, the chat would consist of twelve year old Runescape players discussing how much gps they earned today.

 

First off lets start with the overstated fact: That IRC is not official, not linked to sythe, Shawn makes choices to keep things private or not.

Second off you're talking about the "immaturity on there". "Sir" You were in that IRC along side me and the few regulars, but this post makes it seem obvious what you were in there for putting up with the "immaturity on there" for something. After getting mod, what do you do? You leave the IRC. Why? You're like a leech, sucking out support from people to put your agenda forward. You wanted mod, you stayed in IRC to get it, and now you talk about the "immaturity on there" as if you were never a part of the "immaturity on there". If i remember correctly, you were just about as active as me, or anyone on there. Nothing has changed since you've gotten mod, you just now show your true colors, "sir". I just thought you were a fake, but now you're also a liar. Beautiful.

That guide is stolen, you can't say anything else. It was written by an Alex, From SPAWNPOINT, where you are now banned for auto-aim, and have repeatatly been banned. Sorry, but this post you've made has made me loose the last respect I ever had for you. A liar, a fake, and a user, great combination. Please take this constructivly, and try to better yourself for your own real-life benefit. Those qualities in a person leads to their downfall. No, no, and NO.

1) Operating the IRC for 100 bucks a year is useless and a waste of hard-earned cash since only a handful of people are going to be in that cluster-fuck.

2) Sythe.org should invest in something better than a chat client, like an anti-ddos script that actually does what it was intended to be programmed for.

3) Face it - the IRC is a mess. It is full of racists, homophobes (Finn, I suggest going on there with a random account), and people who love to talk smack on the Internet.

Cute. I decided to go in there ONCE and all there was were people who discuss how raping children is fun and how Finn is a homosexual (Finn wasn't on at that time). Not to mention the fact of the constant name newfag on my ass.

This site already has a pretty bad reputation and is under-rated, and this load of failure we'll call the 'Official www.Sythe.org IRC' will just make people even jump to more conclusions.

The only people who are on the Sythe IRC are just the sythe.org staff discussing their silly inside jokes and kiss-asses like unb4nn3d and a couple of other people I won't mention that hope it increases their chances to modship on such a suck, sad site.

I am sorry if I made this site sound or look shitty in the above post - it isn't that bad. I also love every single staff member here, they're all good people.

I think Jansen said it well; subtract 40 votes of yes since they're just leechers and kiss-asses that think it will get them +1 with the mods...

The Sythe.org IRC? There is none.

 

I'm just wondering, are they going to be run by the four requirements that Sythe told Shawn to do, but shawn rejected? I could donate via Mail.

 

There were only 2 requirements, and yes.

 

1. Staff on sythe.org have access in #Sythe.
2. Staff members may NOT be banned.
3. Members banned on sythe.org must be banned on IRC

Yes, all 3. Forgot the one about staff being banned.
However, staff that abuse will lose their access. I have to talk to Sythe about that.

 

Will non-staff be able to gain access? And if we do donate will we get any priveledges?
