Sythe.org Guild Initiative

^ Quite frankly most people want a guild website aswell, so theres another wall, i don't think its possible to have a customizable page on sythe.org besides a thread, but that doesn't really give guilds alot of tools.

 

For the most part from what I've experienced, the only reason Guilds in WoW have websites is for recruitment. This easily can be done on a forum (It's what I do atm).

Unless the people who become approved Guild leaders have sections created for their guild, and have perms to their section or someone who is ready to make changes / locks / stickies for them, I don't know how this would work out.

Now I'm talking forum wise, for in-game advertisement none of this is necessary and I'm in full support 100%. We can even make a "Sythe Clan" over Steam, CoD Elite and whatnot, doesn't have to be restricted to the games in the OP. The possibilities are endless, and we really have a good opportunity to get our name out there.

 

Guys, these don't have to be top-of-the-line best of the best guilds. We just want you to recruit anyone you can, and if they don't want to join because there isn't an official website then so be it. This is just a way for us to recruit anyone who is willing.

Also we don't have any restrictions on what games this can be for. I listed some examples, but this is open to any game where you can make a guild/clan/group/whatever.

 

If Sythe were to start a TF2 server I'd happily advertise/help run it. I know this doesn't exactly fit into this thread, but I figured since we have a CS 1.6 server going you could always give it a try. It's fairly cheap, and I think it'd be more popular/bring in more activity. TF2 also has a fairly large market as well.
