Sythe needs MORE officials!

I personally think that sythe lacks in staff. I think that it would be a good idea to get trusted members of the community from DIFFERENT TIME ZONES to be official middlemen. Whenever i look for a Official MM to help me with a trade they are never on, or they are busy with a trade.

I know you may say " use other staff like mods " but they tend to be busy too, and most people only want to use officials.

This is just an idea but i think they need to get more middlemen.

Oh I understand what you meant by apply, your talking about a MiddleMan. I thought members could apply for Staff or Mod Status

Agreed with the last two posts, if we just got a whole bunch of Officials then you'd be complaining about the scamming.

What about vietballer he basically took a short cut just cause he filled in for u con I don't think it was fair to other MMs who were here longer and had to wait a while after they finished their application to get accepted.....

Bite your tounge he basicaly did his mming application twice, and just because i referred him to the people who needed mming didn't mean they would accept him to mm. Its not against the rules and its not looked down upon. So don't talk about him like he took short cuts since he has done about three times the amount of mms that you have done before he became official.

Recommendation is when you say oh this guy will be good for the job, I vouch for him and stuff. I didn't do that so you can deal with it because I couldn't mm and was giving the people a mm. I actually try to help people out unlike some people. I know you might have just left them there so that they wouldn't have a mm and then couldn't trade, but I'm not like that I decided to help them out.

Stop bitching. I haven't seen a real firm opinion from anyone who isn't an official MM, Mod, or the such yet. I think Sythe could use a few more official MMs. Too many people do a few of them, then get bored due to the obscene amount of them that have to be completed to become "official". I think knocking a few off of the requirement would help to get a few more to apply. I see no appeal in MMing, as there is way too much hassle for little gain.

Everyone goes through the same application process, and everyone will continue to. Why do you think since this new system has came out, only one or two MMs have scammed. WHY! Because after working that hard, you see that there's more to life than scamming. After that amount of work, you wouldn't want to leave, that is the reason it does have high requirements.

As to the recommendation. MAKE FRIENDS. Guess what? If I have a friend that is going out to get the MM rank, sure I will recommend him. I just started adding some trusted MMs on my MSN so if I can't or don't want to, I can refer them off to a MM that gladly will take their business.

I'll recommend or refer to WHOEVER I WANT. There is nothing against it and like Conman3030 said, it's not looked down upon, it just means the better MM he is if he's getting recognition from current MMs.

I am not arguing that there may or may not be enough MMs. What I am arguing is everyone who is a current MM has earned it, and everyone who is working towards it, is doing the same process we had to. If they easy it up, remember the old 10 MM application? Do you also know how many countless MMs scammed after it, as it was so easy to complete.

The harder it is to get, the more respect and trust you should have from it.
