Option ONE

Existing donors do not receive any boxes.​

Option TWO

Existing donors receive boxes at the same rate as new donors, as though the perk had always existed.​

Option THREE

Existing donors receive boxes but at a reduced rate yet to be decided. E.g. 1 box each, 1 box per 100$, maximum of X boxes and so on.​

Option FOUR

None of the above, and something else instead (Specify below).​

Points to consider:

• The boxes are to incentivize donating and to reward donors
• The minirank market will be affected differently with each choice

Donators receive up to (5?) prize boxes based on their previous donation amount.

I respect people who have donated large sums before but giving some people 10-30 boxes will flood the market and possibly render this update useless.

Option 2, donors that already donated should get the same perks as people who donate tomorrow.

Voted 3. I think the idea of donating for a grabbag is a stupid idea, but it is already introduced. Haha.

 

The update is to get more miniranks out there, those who have turn the miniranks into this horrible fucking market, are the ones to blame.

Would go with option 2.

the only ones who wouldnt want this are the greedy fucks who want to sell the miniranks for money.

 

^ or people who want to still use miniranks as incentive for participation

Option 1.

There should be a clean slate from this point on.

 

I say 3, it is fair that donators who have donated their hard earned money too sythe should be able to benefit from this as much as new users who are coming in and about to donate. However, members who have donated tons like $2k+ or even $1k+ should be limited to how many they get just so it doesn't ruin the entire market and rarity of these miniranks, thus making this whole addition useless.

 

Voted for option 1, if you think about it, there are quite a few tradable miniranks out there, past donors should not get the boxes, only if they donate $50+ starting now. If we start giving a lot of boxes to past donors ex: $500, 1K+ donor then there will just be a lot of miniranks out there, and the prices of miniranks will drop.

 

option 4 - I think all $150+ donors should receive a maximum of 1 prizebox.

 

I voted for option three. Ideally, I'd want option two, but I understand that many wouldn't be comfortable with so many miniranks being unloaded onto the community. Perhaps the one box per 100$ isn't that bad, capping at 10 or something.
