Sythe Mobile?

Surround Sound is right. This is an unpratical idea which would be very costly , Although - Sending a Message to you email would be sufficent. Just use ter interwebs on you mob?

 

lol. I ment that the updates could be sent via email.

 

Like I know for verizon phones you can put in the message, then the recipient's phone number then put @vtext.com (***-***-****@vtext.com)

 

Think about it , You onle want them to send you a message when your not at home. etc...
So , When you get that text you will know you have a message yet , your out - can't do anything about it to you get home...

Usally when you get home you would check syth anyways..

That's true, but like when I'm at home, I'm not on sythe 100% of the time.

 

Neither am I , Hence you check it every so often. A text isn't really going to help you , Only by a few minutes...

So really , No point IMO.

 

Well, I respect your opinion, but who knows what other people think of the idea.

 

Then subscribe to the thread and have something to alert you whenever you get an email. Problem solved. There is no way this would work using texts.

I was actually talking about having an RSS feed for every thread. Or make it so you could add one to your thread. Though that would probably increase server load a lot.

 

The Sythe server is located in the US. If you can find a way to make this free, or very cheap then it could happen.
