Sythe MMoRPG - Will it ever happen?

AT the moment i'm rather sceptical, we're getting ALOT of enthusiam and ideas from our users, and it's inspired many new members.

BUT

I'm thinking (and i know sythe'll attack me over this) that it's just a bit of a scam to attract more users (I.E money) and donations to sythe.org

If it eventually comes to pass, it could be pretty damn good. but i have no faith in it.
