1. Sythe is ruled by Richard, a supreme "Director" who rules with an iron fist and does as he pleases with the lowly members of the forums
2. The Director is not chosen by the members, but rather stole the right to rule from the people and denied them the right to vote as is proper. The Director has ruled 8 years unabated and unchallenged, never so much as a hint that he is a thief of what should belong to the people.
3. The Director can appoint power to whomever he pleases and grant them control over the commoners. The "Moderators" - lieutenants who are subject to his every whim - represent no people
4. The Director enacts "Justice" by restricting freedom of expression. He threatens the lowly commoners with Infractions and rejects their right to speak as they wish.
5. The Director decrees that he who displeases him must be punished as he sees fit, and that all those who violate the "Tenants" of the "Community" must be exiled and prohibited from communication with the lowly members.
6. The Director forces his servants to fund his myriad pleasures with "Donations" made of "Free Will", emptying the pockets of the lowly commoners to fill his own and gives them such "Benefits" as Donator's Lounge and User Title, but truthfully since "Donating" is a method of appease such that if the Director feels that the lowly commoner does not satisfy him and threatens to release a moderator who will exile them, he can be satisfied with a small "Gift" made to "Further the progression of Sythe as a community"
7. The Director forces propaganda upon the lowly commoners with "Advertisements" designed to shove propaganda supporting the "Market" and listing the site as a "Craigslist of Virtual Goods" and twist the lowly commoners to believe in his supposed god-given right to rule the lowly commoners. The director places "Advertisements" reminding his slaves that they are overweight and need to check their triglycerides as they have become 40 year old women.
8. The Director sanctions cruel and unusual punishment: Hammering - the annihilation of identity and memory in a dark chamber reminding of the eternal isolation to follow. TWCing, a final warning for those who did not "Donate" to empty their pockets and fund the overlord. Infractions - a beating meant to remind the lowly commoner that their voice is unworthy of speaking, that their very soul and being is so pitiful it cannot comprehend the greatness of the Lord Director, and Deletion, a punishment so severe and ruinous that the few who suffer it are broken shadows of their former selves, not so much as a postcount to their names. Only those who infuriate the Director incur such wrath
9. Those who dare challenge the "supreme authority of the Lord Director" are made so hated that the mere mention of their names is impossible. Those who insist on uttering it in the smallest whisper face that communal beating that is an "Infraction"
10. The Lord Director refuses amenities and pleasures for his slaves. He will not advance to the modern age but rather holds his servants back in the knowledge that he can abuse those few who beg for such a small thing as VB4 into silence and make hollow promises to garner "Donations" to fund the "Servers" and "DDoS Protection", denying them the meager pleasure that can be granted by a "plugin" that his slaves so desperately want.
11. The Lord Director tracks every movement of his slaves. In his efforts to "Protect" the masses from the "Scammers" he creates to frighten them, he assigns every phrase uttered a unique number, every person a number that will never be replicated - and in a reaffirmation of his ego even dares to grant himself a number so unique as 1 - and tracks every movement with an IP address, such that all of the movements are stored in one almighty database that holds all that can be known about the lowly commoners
12. Those "Moderators" who the Director holds above the commoners to spread fear among them, are granted privileges that no lowly commoner may have. They are given those "Gifts" that only those commoners hated by the Director, and made to give him many "Donations" are granted. They are granted the colored UI, to declare their superiority to the lowly commoners wheresoever they may tread. Those who displease the Director are made to leave in shame, a hidden "Rule" in the nonexistent "Staff Code" used to "Justify" the departure from such a high rank to return to that of the lowly commoner, faced with a myriad of punishments of the fiercest sort at the mere utterance of a syllable that displeases the Director
13. The Director appoints "Official Guide Verifiers" to examine the literary works of those lowly members that he grants the gift of literacy, holding the work to the most stringent standards with the knowledge that restricting the freedom of speech is the path to restricting those lowly commoners who dare rise against his iron rule
14. His cronies, the "Moderators" are above the law the Director has outlined in such detail for the commoners. They are free to do as they wish with the measly commoners, and place upon them any of the punishments granted to them by the Director.
15. The Supreme Director instates rules as he sees fit with an iron fist and a heard of stone. He gives those few who please him the right to do as they please, while he denies those others the right to such basic things as Freedom of Expression, the Right to Vote, the right to a Fair Trial by Jury, the right to not be subjected to Cruel and Unusual punishment, the right to Privacy, and many others. He forces his will on the lowly commoners and threatens their livelihood if they do not "Donate" to him. His every utterance is as a holy prophecy and he plasters propaganda across the face of his domain, even as he denies the slightest benefit to those who serve him.

TL;DR The "Supreme Director" is a cruel dictator who must be toppled. He denies all pleasure and inflicts pain upon you. The lowly commoner has power, and he who thinks that his word alone is enough to sentence hundreds of thousands to instantaneous, permanent death, is outrageous beyond comprehension. You, the "members" of Sythe, must rise up and show the cruel dictator who is Richard that you will not stand for this treatment. Reform must occur and the oppression that is Sythe must be toppled.
