Wouldn't be a good idea, because they'd want donations instead for those perks. I assume?

I'm unsure on this. Only if the system is 100% fool-proof. In the circumstances where it can be abused say Market bumps; specific areas where you can gain unlimited amounts of SG atm, will peoples SytheGold be removed completely as a result of abuse?

The site will be directly promoting their own method to have a way to gamble. Have we thought about the implications/legality of this? Under-aged users etc.

Can you tell us when you decided to switch on SG? I'm curious why I had 1.3k the first day it was released publicly.

This seems like a pretty neat idea, and it looks like a lot of effort, hard work, coding has gone into this. I can't wait to see the outcome of it all ^.^ I was wondering another scenario, what if people get SG for participating in CDT/TC/PR events? (Matthew or Rich, the dev teams can discuss how we can go about this if you decide it's a good idea).

And I assume that's fine when other people have services here, but when yourselves implement a system which directly links to being able to be active on a forum and use that gold to gamble with, isn't this like conflicting? I only mention because I'm unsure.

For CDT/TC/PR events if they're included in gaining SG in future, you say you've wrote that up; but how would we go about this, the teams would give you a list of active participants per event? I know the CDT can give you this for the Summer events etc.

 

Why does guests have 190 sythe gold, while @Kaii for example only has 75?

Meh. Imo most people who donate don't do it for the minor cosmetic perks, at least, not entirely. I intentionally left the amount of Sythe Gold needed for this blank. The whole point of this is to boost activity and draw in new members. I think the more incentives there are, the better this will be for Sythe as a whole. Just my two cents though

 

Looks like an awesome update. Being able to purchase fun ranks for an insane amount of gold would be pretty neat. Thanks for the good work.

 

190 is the number for all guests as far as I have seen. And considering they are not registered and have no posts, why dont you start with 190 as well?
