    Need a Mod
    I ordered skiling and questing for runescape 07 from oldbeast1994. Now he has decided to cancel it and he is calculating refund based on what he thinks is fair which i believe is unfair.

    Is there a mod i can talk to on skype or something about this issue?

    lean is right. for what it's worth, you should still pay him if he only completes part of the service, but you should both agree on the amount due.
