Sythe Discord Verification

Issue verifying account on Sythe Discord
I've followed the guide and the only confusing part I'm concerned I might be messing up on is the username. It's outdated and uses the name#0000 format where it now uses 'thisformat'. Everything else matches and says 'Something unexpected went wrong'.

It mentions to conact (devzach#0) <@209081432956600320> if having any issues but also throws an error.

What do I need to do to gain access?
