Sythe Bug And A Question

[Xix]

Ok, Ive noticed that at times when I scroll down to a thread the reply box where u can comment doesnt appear, I have to refresh the page around 2 times for the comment box to appear. Also is there anyway for me to change the Sythe background color?
Thank you,
Xix
