    Plznate - Scammed like $4k and didn't pay it back until recently.
    Louis - Fucked up a MM and couldn't pay it back.
    n4n0 - Wrote a pardon for a scam back in 2007.
    Wulfspade - Wrote a pardon for a scam. Was pardoned then banned again for self vouching. (He actually will be unbanned in a couple weeks if I remember correctly)
