RsMalls not paying fees on payment as a regular deal

Hey just finished doing 353m worth of orders for rsmalls and like always I said 1.23 orders as that is our regular deal with all previous workers of rsmalls I dealt with that meaning fees covered by them. Example shown below with few recent previous payments to me from them have probs 20 more or so:

Now I finish this order and I find that she says "all done fine" etc. go to check my paypal and boom no fees paid by her:

I asked her to if she can resend with the proper amount she denied saying things such as that she is a new worker cuz new year or w/e.

They tried doing this before with me but then they happily accepted their mistake and I refunded me and they resent me proper amount: https://gyazo.com/78b2ae7035b883707437d2c8bdcaefa1

However now I wanted for same proceeding or a 353m refund and I was denied ? As a regular supplier for them even if this is a new worker I feel like I have a right for the refund or proper payment. Thanks.

wouldnt say this is a scam, more like you didnt explicitly state that they were covering fees when agreeing to the deal. so just ask them to cover the fees like they used to and work it out
