Sythe account banned/DNT

Hello,
My Account @Titanbulllz was banned around 6-7 months ago and put onto the DNT list and I didn't know this until today. I knew for whatever reason I couldn't access the runescape section so I made a new account. The reason I was placed on the DNT list was because I was reported for recovering an account I gave to a guy in payment of services on my ironman. Around that same time my ironman was cleaned of everything on it, and I decided to block the worker on my account on Discord. This takes us to this week... I ended up joining his server once again and talking to this same individual. He never ONCE brought up that I recovered any account or scammed. We talked for awhile and decided to give him 1Bil 07 for a HCIM unregistered email account. He then took the money and blocked me. I reached out to a good friend of mine who runs one of the biggest PVM discords on the market. He helped me find why my old account was banned and why this individual might have done this. I'm here to clear my name, and I want justice for what this guy did.

Side note... I came back to this guy with 100% trust in each other. I would never give someone 1Bil if I felt like the trust between each other wasn't good.

-UPDATE SINCE POSTING-
I went back through all of our conversations. He claimed I scammed him $400 for skills training such as Firemaking, Mining, Fishing, and more. Posted below will be screen shots of me paying him for each of these + more. He claimed in his post that the account was worth $400 for the services. when we agreed that I would be fine with the value being only $100 of the account, AND I paid him 250M gp on top of it. His post about me was wildly inaccurate and misleading. I have never been anything but honest and wholesome with this man. I really REALLY am sorry if something did happen to the account while he was selling it to people. If I had known, or he would have told me once we got in touch again I would have tried my hardest to make things right. Flat out taking 1Bil from me which is 5x the value is not the route to take, and actually shouldn't be allowed.

All I'm asking is to restore my reputation. I know this is a lot of information to go through, but I'm hoping you can see that what he said was not at all correct and very misleading. At the end of the day, I do know David is a good person, and I have a feeling that there may have been a misunderstanding with what happened. I ask that he please returns my 1Bil in full. I am willing to work with him to get this settled.
