actual customer service please

I POSTED THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE YESTERDAY AND GOT AN INSTANT DENIAL. PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS TIME AND READY THE MESSAGE. CLEARLY, THIS IS MY ACCOUNT. PEOPLE MOVE. I FIND IT VERY UNLIKELY THAT I CAN NOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I MOVED. THIS IS HIGHLY UNFAIR AS WELL

1. I HAVE ACCESS TO MY RECOVERY EMAIL BUT IM NOT GETTING AN EMAIL RESPONSE TO THAT...(did i get customer service help? no just an instant denial).

2. I HAVE ACCESS TO MY EMAIL AND SKYPE LISTED UNDER THE PROFILE.

Please read the following again:

My account here on sythe is James213. I am no longer able to access the account because it claims that my password is over 6 months old and must be changed. I understand this and it is a great security feature, although, when i put my email in that i used to register the account, i never receive anything in any of my inboxes. Also, I am in the military and move around a lot. i am no longer at the same place i was last year so there will be a difference in IP. i would like to speak to a moderator to have this problem resolved. Please feel free to ask me for any details regarding my sythe account. i have access to the email and skype listed under my profile which is [email protected] and my skype jamessh213.
