Hi,

I've recently re set up my phone and the authenticator was re-installed. After re-installing it, it asked me to re set up everything. I've saved the backup 2 factor code, but after I tried to input it in the key field, it says it contains an invalid character where in fact the ones I input was just pure numbers and normal alphabets.

As long as everything below was filled out, you should be good to go.

Two Factor Authentication removal:

Please email [email protected] with as many of the following that apply to you:

• SVU (Sythe verified user) phone number.
• Your last IP address (you can check this here).
• Donation ID's on your Paypal receipt(s).
