swiftgold - Ban Appeal

I have been banned due to this report.

Appears I was banned under the circumstance I am thought to be an alternate account of a "blackhat user" due to the fact I advertise for "Famewire.net"

I would like to state the owner of Famewire.net pays people to advertise his website, and any customer I personally bring in I get 10% of what the customer purchases. I DO NOT OWN FAMEWIRE.NET.

I am not associated with the banned user (kingkobra7).


I believe the moderator that banned me is "shin", I feel he/she did not properly look into the subject before banning me. I was banned with no questions asked. Ip's/mac address's can prove I have never logged into (kingkobra7).

I am requesting I be unbanned due to the fact I have no relations with the user that was banned. As I said just because I make a post advertising a product doesn't mean I own it, and doesn't mean I should be made responsible for any other user that advertises it as well.
